Newcastle-based Ferrari Challenge develop seeks new blood
Longstanding UK indie studio Eutechnyx is placing faith in the next generation of British game designers – as it launches a new scheme that will open its Newcastle studio to more graduate internships.
The company’s graduate placement programme – called Level Up – will offer students vital hands-on experience in game production.
The idea is that the graduates will attain crucial skills, and Eutechnyx will open more possibilities for hiring the brightest new talent.
“Eutechnyx have been piloting this scheme for some time and had incredible results,” read a company statement, “with staff members rising from junior positions to running teams, managing projects and even giving speeches to their peers at the Game Developer’s Conference in the USA – all within just 2 years of graduating.”
The scheme is based around two core schemes. The Undergraduate Placement Programme is for students looking for a position in their placement year, while the Accelerated Graduate Programme is for any graduate who has completed their course and looking for full-time employment at Eutechnyx.
