Warsaw, Frankfurt and London events to offer behind-the-scenes look at Unreal Tournament 3

Epic to tour Europe with Autodesk

Autodesk has lined up a series of events across Europe that will give artists and developers an insight into the production of Epic Games’ upcoming game Unreal Tournament 3.

Character artist Chris Wells will talk attendees through the game, looking at the character development process at Epic from concept to creation, and offering tips and tricks on how they create assets for next-generation games.

Wells has been at Epic for two years, and worked on Gears of War and the new Unreal. Previously he worked at Ubisoft’s Redstorm Entertainment on the Rainbow Six series.

Each event is to be hosted by Michel Kripalani, senior games industry manager at Autodesk and will also feature demos on using Autodesk 3ds Max and Maya 3D modelling and animation software for games.
