Facebook, Twitch, Unity and Wargaming also set to reveal development and industry advice at next month’s event

Epic, Rovio and Google among Casual Connect Europe speakers

This year’s Casual Connect Europe speakers will offer developers vital advice on a massive range of topics.

The Amsterdam show, which takes place between February 16th and 18th, marks the 10th anniversary of the event.

More than 2,000 attendees are expected, with 120 studios present on the Indie Prize Showcase.

Over 170 speakers will take to the stage to address a variety of themes, from the design and development of titles to taking a game to market and growing it to a global scale.

2016’s speakers will include Sjoerd DeJong, Northern European evangelist at Epic Games, who will offer a half-hour crash course entitled Unreal Engine 4 Intro: Building a Small Game Live in 30 Minutes.

Rovio Games’ EVP of games Wilhelm Taht will also be present, leading the audience on a trip back through the Angry Bird studio’s history and examining how it achieved its global success.

Google Play partner development manager Matteo Vallone will also lend his insight into how UK firms and titles can find success on Android and Google Play.

Take a look at the full list of speakers on the Casual Connect website.
