Special prices for tickets open to those in the UK's creative industries

BAFTA has confirmed to Develop that games developers are entitled to special rate passes for March's GAME BAFTA Awards.

A limited number of discounted tickets are available to independent developers on a first-come-first-served basis.

Hosted by TV presenter, comedian and gamer Dara O'Briain, the Awards will take place on March 10th at the Hilton Hotel in Park Lane, London. The Fellowship will be presented to legendary Pong creator Nolan Bushnell.

Ray Maguire, chair of the BAFTA Games committee, commented: "The Awards celebrate the creative achievements of the development community and so we want to ensure that they are as inclusive as possible. These developer tables will now make the GAME British Academy Video Games Awards accessible to all developers".
