Develop Awards: Lobbying deadline extended

It seems some of you need more time to think hard about what you have done.

Despite scoring a record number of early submissions, we’re extending the deadline for Develop Awards lobbying to the end of the week for a handful of stragglers that want a bit more time.

So you’ve got a little extra time to finish your short pitches – 5pm on Friday, April 20th, to be exact.

Games developers and services firms wishing to put their work in the last 12 months forward for consideration should click here for our detailed lobbying guide.

Send lobbying pitches and suggestions to Develop editor-in-chief Michael.French@intentmedia.co.uk.

Key awards include New IP, In-house Studio, Business Development and Best Tools Provider. Also new this year is a prize for Narrative Design. Lobbying is open to any games studio in Europe, and any service or technology company globally that supports developers within Europe.

The awards take place on July 11th at the Hilton Metropole Hotel in Brighton, UK.

To attend, contact Kathryn.Humphrey@intentmedia.co.uk or call her on 01992 535 646.

This year Crytek is supporting the event as Platinum Sponsor, joined by Deep Silver, also Platinum Sponsor.

And there are many other ways to get your brand or business involved with the event – contact Alex.Boucher@intentmedia.co.uk or call him on 01992 535 647 to find out more.
