Finnish studio also takes home Handheld Studio award

Finland-based developer Rovio Mobile was the big studio winner at last night's Develop Awards.

The creator of Angry Birds won Handheld Studio - but also took home the Grand Prix.

In just under two years, the game and its multiple variants and SKUs have found tens of millions of fans, scored licensing deals, a range of merchandise, and is one of the hottest properties in mobile and online games.

The studio's VP of franchise development Ville Heijari was on hand to collect the two prizes.
