Package for analytics tool available for up to 200,000 MAUs

DeltaDNA slashes costs for indies

DeltaDNA has slashed the costs of its analytics platform for indies to $100 a month.

The indie package is available for up to 200,000 monthly active users. The new price is said to represent a 90 per cent discount on the platform.

The tool features 3D segmentation visualisation tools, a churn predictor and the ability to mine key player and level event data.

There is also a free package called DeltaDNA Go that can be used to monitor and evaluate game and marketing performance, but lacks the expanded features of higher payment tiers.

“It’s often a chicken-and-egg situation for Indie developers," said DeltaDNA CEO Mark Robinson.

"On one hand they need to get the balance of their games right to give them the best chance of being commercially viable, and yet, on the other hand, until the game makes money the cost of pro-level analytics is often beyond them.

“We’ve therefore designed the Indie pricing structure to help level the playing field, and provide Indies with an edge. This allows the Indie community to understand their players and increase engagement. We are excited to be helping support Indies to create more successful games.”
