Deadline for Games London Slush trade mission ends Tuesday 10th October

Games London is again offering the opportunity for the games industry to join them in their trade mission to technology event, Slush, in Finland. The deadline is fast approaching but there is still time to apply and join up with other companies.

The Slush festival is an annual technology event taking place in Helsinki, Finland, with over 17,000 attendees from all walks of technology. Along with talks and expos, there is the opportunity to meet and find investors and investment opportunity. The festival is taking place from November 29th to December 2nd.

Games London is looking for London-based companies to join them in its trade mission to the event. Places on offer are for one delegate from companies working on new and innovative games and technology. Flights, accommodation and a full itinerary are provided, along with assistance to help set up meetings.

The deadline for applications is 11.59pm on Tuesday 10th October.

“Games London is returning to Slush in Helsinki, Finland for our second outbound mission promoting upcoming London games businesses," said Games London head of games, Michael French. "Last year’s trip was hugely successful. Bossa Studios recently confirmed that its recent $10m Series A round came from conversations with investors that started at Slush last year as part of our delegation, while other attendees forged new relationships for future partnerships. We’re looking for five more companies to take over – this is a great opportunity for any London businesses looking for new partnerships and investment.”

To apply, please visit the link here to Games London and fill out the submission form.
