Bug-Tracker Group appoints Paquito Hernandez to tap into Asiaâ??s vast potential
Canadian independent QA studio Bug-Tracker Group has decided to appoint a vice-president of operations in Asia Pacific, following its successful expansion in the region.
Paquito Hernandez is tasked with expanding the group’s presence across China, Japan, South Korea and Australia; regions considered to have high potential for independent QA specialists.
Bug-Tracker Group founder Antoine Carre said that Hernandez will help the firm transfer its success in Canada across to China.
“Since the foundation of Bug-Tracker Group in Montreal and throughout its rapid development, Paquito Hernandez is the most suitable person to develop our group's activities in the Asia-Pacific zone,” added Carre.
“Paquito is one of the main players in our continued success over the last 10 years and it was only natural for us to present him this task to usher Bug-Tracker Group into a new phase of expansion.”
Hernandez said that his recent time working across Asia made him realize how much potential the area has for growth.
“My personal goal in Asia is to continue developing solid business contacts with video game publishers and developers by delivering the best combination of local and international outsourcing, and to develop a foothold in Japan and eventually in South Korea,” he added.
