Game based around notifications from agents in the field

Bossa developing Spy Watch for Apple Watch

A second title dedicated to the upcoming Apple Watch has been unveiled, this time by UK studio Bossa.

It’s called Spy Watch and it’s due out alongside the hardware, which is due for release on April 24th. The developer says it features a “rich and immersive story” where players head a failing spy agency. It all revolves around real-time notifications from your virtual agents out in the field.

“We are now all used to communicating via short text based messages and we felt this would be a really interesting and accessible way to tell an interactive story,” Bossa co-founder Imre Jele said.

“Thanks to the Apple Watch we are now able to bring the thrill of espionage to your wrist, just like one of James Bond’s infamous gadgets.”

Bossa’s previous titles include Surgeon Simulator and I Am Bread. The studio was also one of the first to announce a game for Valve’s virtual reality headset.

Earlier this week Mighty Switch Force developer WayForward announced Watch Quest for the Apple Watch.
