Games industry outsourcing firm creating new jobs and facilities in expansion move

Babel expands facilities and services

Leading games industry outsource company Babel today announced that it is “significantly expanding” its Montreal and New Delhi facilities as well as adding new positions in its Tokyo facility.

As part of the expansion in Montreal, Babel says it will build extra test labs to accommodate testing on next generation motion controllers, as well as creating new employment opportunities for functionality and localization games testers, project managers and integration engineers.

Babel is recruiting for its PC, console, online and handheld test labs. The firm has said it is seeking native speakers of French, Italian, German, Spanish, Dutch, Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, Portuguese, Russian, Korean, Japanese and Swedish for full time or part time positions.

The firm has promised to provide industry recognised in-house training, and relocation and visa implementation assistance for recruits wishing to relocate to it’s Montreal facility.

"I am really delighted to be able to announce our continued expansion around the world" said Babel CEO Richard Leinfellner.

"Babel’s expansion is all about putting people in the right place, or “right shoring” as we call it, this means offering our clients cost effective locations where we can deliver high quality services, helping them to improve their profits by giving them the much needed flexibility and allowing them focus on their IP generation”
