Social doodler nearly as popular as Cityville and Words With Friends combined
Draw Something’s dramatic rise to the top of Facebook app charts shows no signs of slowing, with the popular Pictionary-like title now amassing about 14 million daily active users, according to independent analytics.
The new game has nearly as many daily users as both Cityville (7.8m) and Words With Friends (8.4m) combined, App Data figures show.
Draw Something also remains atop the Top Free chart on the UK App Store, though Rovio’s latest Angry Birds game has superseded it on the Paid and Top Grossing charts.
This week, Zynga purchased Draw Something studio OmgPop in a deal thought to be worth $210 million.

These Facebook games are seriously awful. This proves that they're only popular because of the amount of people that use Facebook.
