Exclusivity still a priority for the PlayStation platform holder
Sony maintains that it is first-party exclusives that can draw in new audiences, and last night at E3 the company demonstrated three of its most promising titles.
Dust 514, developed by Icelandic indie studio CCP Games, is an ambitious new FPS project that, somehow, integrates with the Eve Online MMO world.

One can only wonder at Sonys' thoughts now as CCP's management, CEO and directors actions - and lack thereof - appear to be mothballing the EVE Online part of this revolutionary cross-platform meld of PS3 Dust 514 and PC based EvE.
As reported on their forums and gaming sites across the globe countless thousands have had enough of the lies and deceipt and are voting with their wallets, leaving for games like Pertuum.
Sony too must be wondering how CCP are going to pay for the continued development of Dust 514 (and of the vampire MMO World of Darkness) when the 'golden goose' elite of EvE are reportedly leaving by the truck load!
