Lobby group Gamers' Voice demands action on mounting problems with PS3 and PC Black Ops
Consumer pressure group Gamers’ Voice is campaigning for Activision to resolve issue with the PS3 and PC editions of Call of Duty: Black Ops.
The organisation is preparing to petition to the Office of Fair Trading about glitches and regular freezing after Activision ignored its open letter, according to IncGamers.
“As a result of their inaction we will test the might of government agencies against Activision,” said Gamers’ Voice’s head of industry relations Chris O’Regan.
connection interrupted then freezes... COME ON ACTIVISION pull your finger out and get a move on.....get it fixed.
I would like to complain about multiplayer games on Call Of Duty - World at War.
I donīt want to pay for aditional maps. Iīve bought the original version and I just demand that my game works regularly !
As I donīt have aditional maps, I am facing problems and itīs not acceptable that an aditional pack causes trouble to the original !
For example:
I am trying to play online (Core - War Ground) and the game "automaticaly" directs me to a map that I dont have (Banzai). In this game trhere are 10 players (10/18).
All players that dont have map pack will receive an error msg and will be back in the lobby.
So if others 12 players that dont have maps want to play in a regular map, they cant even start a new match !!!
Thatīs a prove that the map pack is causibg trouble for regular game (persuading people to buy the pack)
I believe this is unethical commercial practice (and maybe illegal). So I ask Activision to solve this or to open packs to everybody untill gets a solution.
I also would like to ask the contact of the agency to claim about custommer rights in USA.
Thanks in advance,
I posted above msg and they didnt answer me...they asked me to address the msg by a letter...( Does not Activision Legal Departmente have emails?)
LOL
