GDC 2010: Group to showcase everything in and under and behind Vision Engine 8

Trinigy out in force at GDC

Game engine vendor Trinigy is heading to GDC to fully expose its latest product, Vision Engine 8.

The Germany-headquartered company is set to showcase new technology integrations, as well as workflow and performance enhancements.

A plethora of tech and tools firms will also be at the booth, including a number of publishers and studios.

Trinigy will demonstrate Vision Engine 8’s new Perforce integration, Havok Physics integration, and Intel 6-core hyperthreaded processor support.

“We have invited a number of well-known partners and customers to give technical demonstrations in our booth,” said the firm’s managing director Dag Frommhold.

“I think the audience will be amazed by the versatility, the modularity and the overall performance of our game engine.”

German indie studio Spellbound will be at Trinigy’s booth to demonstrate how Vision Engine was used in the its upcoming Fantasy RPG title Arcania – A Gothic Tale.

Trinigy’s booth will also feature a playable demo of Ubisoft’s upcoming and highly anticipated game, The Settlers 7: Paths to a Kingdom.

Other tech and tolls firms attending Trinigy’s booth will include Autodesk, Havok, Ikinema, Intel, MASA, Mixamo, Natural Motion, xaitment.
