Sixth annual event set for Utrecht Congress Center on June 3
Gaikai co-founder David Perry will deliver a keynote at the upcoming 2010 Festival of Games, event organisers have announced.
Perry’s keynote will offer a rare public demonstration of Gaikai – the cloud game technology that allows users to play games streamed via remote servers.
“Having David Perry as a keynote speaker shows that we are elevating this conference to a whole new level,” said Seth van der Meer, chairman of event organiser Stichting Nederlandse Gamedagen.
“We have a prominent place for new technology that has a tremendous impact on the gaming industry,” he added.
The news follows the announcement that the Festival of Games – now in its sixth year – will feature a keynote from Eidos Life President Ian Livingstone.
The Festival of Games is held in Utrecht Congress Center on June 3 – 4, 2010.
