The big night takes place at The Sway Bar, 61 Great Queen Street, London (right by Holborn tube station) on Thursday March 4th.
Studios, publishers, QA, recruitment and localisation companies are all invited to attend, with a full night of entertainment and competition on offer.
1st Place: £2,000 worth of advertising to use within Develop magazine or online, plus a trophy and bottle of champagne for each team member.
2nd Place: An interview over lunch with the Develop editors, plus a bottle of champagne for each team member.
3rd Place: A bottle of champagne for each team member.
Entry is £195 per team of five, which covers quiz participation, free bar and dinner.

Develop (and indeed Tiga) would do well do distance themselves from Train2Game (SkillsTrain, Scheidegger, Career Development Finance etc). This company is pretty bloody shady...
Check the youtube footage of a train2game salesman in action, it's a disgrace.
People would do well do distance themselves from Matt. He's pretty bloody shady...

Is that not just one idiot that embarassed them?
Don't flame me - it's just a genuine Q, as the forum itself seems to be full of people pleased with how their courses are going.
Intelligent input Ttam...
There's plenty of information on the internet about the dubious business practices of this group of companies. Anyone who can be bothered to do a little research will come to the same conclusions..

Jamba...
I've heard that the video was made by a disgruntled ex-employee of the company, who wanted to have some revenge.
I am on the course with train2game and I am very pleased with what they are doing and helping me to achieve my goal. While there is a lot of bad press and things to consider I would not change my decision in taking up the course and will take great pleasure also in disproving that it is indeed a scam.
Yeah, they could have gone with a much better company like UKeSA.
