Zynga are a bunch of thieving useless twats!they have robbed myself of 3 years and 4 months getting somewhere on their application street racing which they are deleting.in the time i played the game,i experienced roll backs,(was doing roughly 15 levels a day)only to be rolled back to level 999 for 2 weeks straight.....they took 28,000 stat points or more from me(a hell of alot of time consumed getting those points)robbed my garage of thousands of cars 3 times,and cleaned me out of all propertys and cash that i had accumalated in the time i was playing....others have spent big dollars to buy upgrade points,cars etc on offer only to have them all taken again,1 guy infact,was spending $2000 a day on the game for 4 weeks (true story) and then they experienced glitches and robbed that guy of everything.....every 1 of their games are dramatically glitched in 1 way or another and that is the reason every app has players that have unbelievable stats or levels....the general paying public are being shafted by zynga and everyone who play zynga apps need to get over their addiction and stop playing all of zynga's games....if you experience any problems with the games you play made by zynga,don't bother complaining to them as they have an auto reply that will keep sending you email responses saying something like,"we are looking into your complaint,please be patient"...wake up world,delete and block all their games and do the net gaming world a favour.....

Never going to play a zynga game ever again they have robbed me. i spent my hard earned money on favor points to help me along in their Street Racing game, they are going to pull the plug on the game 2nd august. Yet you can still go on the game & buy points....so wheres my money gone?? its in the zynga profits thats where...& after the 2nd they will have the points back i spent my money on. DISAPPOINTMENT: Is an understatement! As with many other people I myself have experienced the wrath of corporate negligence!
For the last 3 years I have spent real time and real money on Street Racing. after being sucked into the vortex of the street racing world playing the app making friends and all the while dealing with the Iresponsibility from the zynga staff and im sure It's not the only game with glitches! however, Its the only one I play. After several rollbacks, loss of; property, favor points, cars in garage, and all my stats being wiped clean they instead removed them selves from the responsibility and started removing some of the great features that we grew to love? 1 by one the game lost a feature all the while us players staying faithful and hopeful. NOW, the biggest slap in the face is to remove the application on AUG 2. THEY ( ZYNGA ) AND AFFILIATES should be embarrassed!! now we get the ultimate shaft. We loose everything. Explain how we get any of this back. Im sure I will be silently waiting for any answer. How do you sleep at night! sincerely, I refuse you and your games! unless you can make things right. p.s. there is a serious Street Racing following and you will all loose many good gamers and payers to line your greedy little pockets if you remove the app. good luck.

We have invested too much time and energy just to have it go to waste. Furthermore, I am one of many players who contributed to your advertising revenue, by responding to offers in order to earn favor points to use in the game, and received an inbox full of unsolicited commercial email as a result. Some of my friends have spent hard-earned money on the game as well. Probably enough money that your shutting down the game and walking away amounts to GRAND THEFT. I won't play games run by thieves, and neither will my friends. I sincerely hope to be part of a class-action lawsuit against you.

I used Zynga's Sponsor's offers to gain points to obtain cars in Street Racing on both MySpace and Facebook. In both cases, I had points that were not awarded and I had to take hours of time searching through emails to "prove" that I did the offers, and in some cases I never received the points that I was promised. This is misleading advertising. Now, Zynga is just closing the game down and the cars that I "bought" from these offers are gone along with the game. Zynga complains in emails to my friends that they didn't make any money on the game. I find that hard to believe. The game cost them little and they gave such sparse support to the millions of players, it is such a ripoff. Now, they just say "we're closing Street Racing's garages, go play something else". I'll never play any other games made by Zynga. I hope they get what is coming to them.

You know for a developer of apps you people sure don't take your gamers gripes and suggestions when deciding whether or not to pull the plug on an app do you? You became so concerned with Mafia Wars, Frontierville and Cafe World that you basically abandoned your premier app, the one that got most of us started with your lame ass company to begin with. Now after over 2 years of playing, paying and being loyal to your Street Racing app throughout rollback and glitch after glitch this is how you repay us? In all honesty I am sure you didn't think people would get this angry, not like you really cared about us period but, if it weren't for people like myself and the others that have commented in here you would still be in your mom's basement jerking off yet now, you are wealthy because of all of us little people who you repeatedly screwed with no lube. Good for the folks filing the suit. It is about time that zynga be put in its place for theft. Certainly sounds like their business practice is the same as how they manage their games...by theft. Several people have had items stolen from their accounts by zynga. Some of the items were bought through their credit system. Most responses from zynga to the theft is (in a nutshell) "oops" but forget about getting anything back. Then they say you bought credits and we gave you credits. No theft involved. They act like it's too bad their game stole the credits or the items you bought. If you receive anything it is nothing like you had before and definitely not something you would have bought with your credits.

I have tried one of these "offers". I did end up receiving the points but at the cost of my email address. Shortly after completing the offer my email account was filled with spam. Even though I have blocked a number of such spam some still arrives today, two years after I tried the offer.

I bet zynga sold email addresses to companies for spamming purposes. Since spam is illegal in some places zynga has helped in this criminal activity.

I do hope this suit goes through and puts zynga down the garbage shoot for good. Completely mismanaged company of thieves and liars.

I have worked in customer Service on/off for 30 years, i Have NEVER seen anthing like ZYNGA, if you tell them there is a problem , the VERY first thing they tell You is your a cheat, if something goes WRONG, it it you have been hacked or you cheated, I waited for over a 1 1/2 years,, for them to even get back to me with out it being a standard form letter they finaly give me what was taken from me.. then decide to kill the game.. they have , taken CASH, from some, wasted our time, and what they offer to all.. is not a RACE game but a Farm Game.. what the hell..

I have played this game for over a year and was very pleased with the success and with the interaction and faithful crew. I am disgusted with all the false advertising, lost cars, and "points." I was IcePhoenix87, but now I have no choice but to leave this game because Zynga is running with the money, leaving behind an empty garage. I play street racing for 2 years , killing my fingers from klicking , staying awake all nights to level , fight , race... I get to top racers , you robbed me few times , when I contacted zynga customer service , they block my mails ... you ain't worth of shi*** how much money you robbed from players ??? how many peoples play street racing ????you shut down best game you published online ... I did try farmwille , special forces , mafia wars and few other zynga games , all crap .. august 2. I have spent over a year playing this app , made some great freinds , and have had some great times , I have a very strong and active crew and we will all feel the loss on Aug 2 after the way the game has been (mis) Managed I doubt I will EVER play another game like this one again, spend time money and effort to climb to the top only to have it all pulled out from beneath you.....I will not support ANY of Zygas apps after this and my family has already blocked any that we DID join , in fact , I am not sure how much Facebook had a play in this and if I even get a hint it was a small amount I will be leaving that platform as well

Like many here , I have spent countless hours devoted to the game for various reasons and simply my enjoyment for one , but mostly for the support of my crew and friendship and respect we all have for each other in our crews ..

We all have different options of games we could play , but as mentioned already , with all the rollbacks and various other things taken from us on many occassions , we all stuck it through the game and still gave revenue to support the game and developers who update it ..

In the end , We all had broken promises and endless tickets we all took our time to send in and only to have the automated messages returned with nothing in the end .

There is more to this then most see , but as a resource developer , I understand the monopilization of making this an exclusive app for the iphone (screw you apple corp.) whixh with todays economy , most of us can not afford the over priced phone and air time to play the game , where in the end , it was all of us as the end users , who made the game what it was and a high money making weekly profit for your company for years and this is the wonderful payment we receive in return ..

Thank you Zynga for making us see that you are just like all the rest out there , and only concerned with making broken promises to make your pockets fatter and screw the public that made it for you when you feel you have been offered a better piece of the pie ..

i find it very confusing.. first they help us all to get our stuff back when "rollback" happened.. then new LE comes out every week.. its like keeping an lie going..

After getting roll backs, losing points, rare cars, levels--After being told to take many pictures of the cars that were NOW GONE--After email letters galore and no action from Zynga,other than returning a complemintary 20 standard cars and having "bots" rob us 30 to 40 times in one minute--same amount--same property on Mafia Wars-yet they couldn't return the cars that were taken nor replace the levels without "pictures and lists" yet these bots can steal non cheaters --Both my husband and I deleted Street Racing (2 years of play) Mafia Wars (2years of play) Cafe World and every Zynga App we played. We will miss the inter-reaction with our friends from these games. We will, certainly, not miss the frustration and mistreatment of the Zynga Feds, Cowboys, advertisers and the Zynga Devs who don't give a care about their honest players and fans......

Yes zynga is a scam purchased favor points took 6 months for resolution they lied to the BBB said they were sending me a refund and never did. I hope they lose all there money because they have a do nothing billing department that can collect money but give every excuse in the book when there is a problem and a refund is needed. Zynga, I can not claim the longevity that my co players claim, but as a neophile to the game, thre is a way to bow out, with dignity and respect. And unfortuanely you have opted to do neither. Ok so I think that Zynga has been the biggest supplier of games for facebook. But unfortunately they also have been the biggest cyber crooks. You have conned a lot of players by those damn rollbacks particularly in Street Racing. I have been playing SR daily for over a year now. I have tolerated being ripped off your stupid rollbacks and tried to get back up in the game but now you're going to shut it down? For what? First, I have been hooked with your game called Ghost Racer. And just like SR, it has to come to an end. You have wasted your patrons' money and effort for nothing but what really matters to me is you wasted most of our time! Zynga are thieving $on$ of bitche$, they have rolled back almost EVERY street racing player including BIG SULI (who is one of true legend's to play the street racing game - i have huge respect for him and consider him to be my idol!!!) on levels, stat points, have even robbed the cars, mods, and properties of a lot of people. People have been paying money to play the game and this is how zynga have treated them by pulling the plug on one of the best games they have invented. If it wasn't for street racing, zynga would not have gotten much customers on their other apps!
The customer support that zynga provide for the street racing app is Bull$hit - the employees are useless who do not give positive responses, instead they reply they would need to forward the response to a higher person who then gets back to the individual who reported the ticket after a few weeks!
I have been playing the street racing game for close to 3years, and all of a sudden zynga have decided to close the app down without giving any PROPER refund! I have decided to cancel ALL of zynga related games and i wish zynga and its owner to pay for what they have done, may they become bankrupt! Amen!

I've been expecting it for a while but it still hurts to see this happen.

Even with endless amount of glitch, rollbacks and robbery we all play this game. Rolled back to a level 1 from 400 happened to many people but they kept pushing. Some had their account banned as accusing of using "Scripts". And they didnt do SQUAT to a person who made some of our life hell with 24/7 auto hit. Zynga never looked after their best App which made then famous.

Even after getting Rolledback and endless white screen and errors I myself stayed on this app for 2 years. Some of us spend real $ to buy cards . Zynga is no better then any other scammers and robbers out there.

After 2nd Aug all Zynga apps are going to be removed from my end as well as from all my family who are more then 10 members and we all played Mafia,Farmville and Cafe world everyday.

Shutting down the best app means that we will be shutting u down as well.
