Developer of controversial title reaches out to publishers – as it distances title from Six Days In Fallujah

The developer of a controversial new game that centres around detention camp Guantanamo Bay has told MCV that it will release the title over Xbox Live in October if it can’t find a publishing partner.

Edinburgh-based T-Enterprise said that it didn’t want to be known as an ‘extreme’ studio due to the creation of Rendition: Guantanamo on Xbox 360, adding that it wasn’t concerned by any reluctance in the publishing community following Konami’s decision to drop Six Days In Fallujah.

What an absolute load of *******s. Despite what they might say, it's obvious this is meant to be about Begg's time in Guantanamo. "Captured behind enemy lines and sold to Guantanamo for illegal scientific experiments.... tortured and beaten.... lab rat.... imprisoned.... years.... nothing to live for..... son you have never seen.... they are holding him....."

What a load of utter ****e.

Be interesting to see the uniforms of the "mercenaries" and whether they bear any resemblance to US uniforms.

As for Begg himself, if he'd not been so stupid as to move from Britain to Afghanistan at the height of the Taliban's power then he'd never have found himself in this situation anyway!

Atomic should develop "Six Days in a Hellhole where you're surrounded by evil psychotic monsters who just want to capture, torture then kill you and your mates".

Because that would be about as accurate as the setting for this.
