Creative Assembly moves to new office

Total War developer outgrows old Southwater premises; new studio features recording studio

Total War creator Creative Assembly has moved into a new office in central Horsham, West Sussex.

The new facility is a large, open-plan studio that features its own dedicated recording suite, allowing musical scores to now be created on site.

Speaking at the opening, president and COO of Sega Europe Mike Hayes said that the upcoming Empire: Total War had encouraged a recruitment drive that had lead to an increase in the firm's headcount, and that the growth reflected the expansion of the European gaming market.
