$25 price tag for upcoming iPhone and iPod touch titles mooted
Apple plans to charge a premium for iPhone and iPod Touch games, according to a studio working on one of the first titles for the touch-screen-based handsets our sister site CasualGaming.biz reports.
Games for Apple's iPhone and iPod Touch will reportedly cost around €17-18 (or $25), according to European team LemonQuest.
Its first game for the mobile devices at the Apple Worldwide Developer Conference next week.
On average, mobile games usually cost under $10. Currently, games for the wheel-based iPods cost $8.
Speaking to PocketGamer, LemonQuest's CEO Ignacio Cavero said Apple's "games will be sold in iTunes for €17-18".

Your story says that Apple will price iPhone games at a premium. The problem with that is that Apple does not set the price. A game developer sets whatever price he wants (including Free, if he likes).
That's not necessarily so. When you come to an agreement with Apple to publish games through iTunes for the iPhone or iPod Touch you have so sign contracts and those will include game costs, etc. on top of the standard legal mumbo-jumbo.
