It is an exciting time to join their New York team and they are currently looking for an exceptionally talented and technically savvy Producer to join their ranks.

As Technology Producer, you will be responsible for facilitating the execution of work performed by the technology department for a AAA console game project. You have to ensure that the vision of the product is carried out in a unified manner, working with requirement capturing, planning, and deployment. The role also requires strong management skills in performing one-on-ones, performance evaluation and maintaining advocacy of the technology department during the project.

For this role, the studio is searching for a strong producer with development experience. You will report to the Senior Producer and will be responsible for ensuring that the voice of the technical department is clearly articulated. It is important to build and maintain a strong development team and a productive team environment. It’s also your responsibility to drive and foster effective communication among all team members and ensure that all stakeholders are kept informed. In addition you will work with staff development and staff management.

• Advocates for the technology department
• Deployment follow-up with every new release
• Responsible for following quality assurance processes
• Communications between the groups and the project leads
• Staff development and performance evaluation


• Previous experience as a Producer or Project Manager with at least one successful submission on console
• A strong technical background with professional experience in C/C++ programming
• Extensive knowledge in software development methods (agile knowledge a must)
• Capable of running meetings or conference calls in a professional and productive manner
• Capable of identifying risks and offering appropriate steps to resolve difficulties including changes to work methods, technologies and project schedules
• Attention to detail, timely follow-up and organizational skills. Strong capability to multi-task and prioritize
• Excellent listening and communication skills with the ability to communicate project goals in a clear, concise manner
• Experience in requirement capturing and quality assurance
• Must have a positive attitude and enjoy interacting with people
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
