OPM are representing candidates to a developer of racing IPs known to millions throughout the world. The studio is continuing to develop eagerly anticipated titles leading the field in the racing genre. They are currently seeking team members with industry experience and have a fantastic opportunity for a Technical Artist who are looking to make the next step in their career. As a Senior Technical Artist, you will be required to implement art pipelines and workflows for cutting-edge console games, and push visual quality using the latest rendering and asset creation techniques.

Experience required:

Experience as Technical Artist on at least two shipped console titles.
Knowledge across multiple platforms.
Hands-on experience using a PBR workflow.
Tools experience, defining the workflows and tools for both the Technical Artist and Artists.
Skills in 3DS Max and Photoshop.
Knowledge of programming languages e.g. MaxScript and C#.
An understanding of Rendering techniques and processes.

Duties:

Support the Art Director and development team on our most ambitious racing game ever.
Work between the Art, Programming, Design and Production teams.
Define art pipelines, workflows, budgets and optimisation processes for streamlined production and visual quality.
Support and provide guidance on technical implementation across all art disciplines.
