You will either be a current in house senior recruiter or an experienced recruitment consultant working in the creative markets . Skills and experience required:
Source in the market quality candidates from a number of tooles and methods inclusing headhunting to obtain talent.
Set up and maintain an efficent and effective recruitment administration process and communication system.
Be the external face of the studio when required in terms of recruitment requirements.
Set up a metric system to set up studio measures to assess the effective of the relevant recruitment processes.
Responsibilities will include:
Source quality candidates to fulfil all ongoing company staffing needs, select from the direct applicant pool. Draft out advert for the website. Liaison and relationship with external agencies.
Set up the PSL strategy.
Propose, implement and maintain an effective candidate tracking system
Propose and implement an effective ‘new role’ approval process
Communicate with every applicant as appropriate (even if rejected), liaising with and representing applicants to hiring managers
Work with hiring managers to write and maintain job descriptions and influencing ideas with them.
References checking for successful candidates.
Reporting into key stakeholders on the hiring process.
Knowledge and experience
Significant experience recruiting within creative industries essential, a level of familiarity with video games roles would be an advantage.
Extremely organised experienced interviewer – both telephone and facing. Have the strength to be the front person for recruitment fairs and events.
Able to organise and ‘front’ recruitment events and fairs
You will have excellent communication skills and be able to prioritise large workloads in a fast paced environment.
