My client is a brand new global business division of one of the largest Telecommunications companies that?s set to take the word by storm!

They?re now searching for an experienced Spanish Community Manager to join an awesome team in the South East. If you?re ready to change the way businesses listen and respond to their customers? needs and wants and if you want to be the driving force behind this change you?re in the right place.

Responsibilities:

? Develop exciting business strategies that ensure your community members continue to be highly involved with the marketing, development and customer support aspects of the business, to stay at the leading edge of social businesses.
? Manage and support the community team to create a fun and creative environment and ensure the unique community engagement strategy is successfully implemented and continue to push community management to new heights professionally.
? Coordinate with the different departments of the business, ranging from Technology, Finance, Member Experience, PR and Marketing teams to plan and develop business strategies, ensuring we utilise the community to its highest potential to further our goals and add value to the business.

Requirements:

? Business level Spanish
? Previous Community Management experience
? Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format to board level, and build and maintain relationships
? Strong project management and organisational skills and experience of leading projects to successful deployment
? Advanced knowledge and understanding of online community platforms and their respective participants (Forums, Blogs, Photo Uploads, Profiling etc.) and how they can be deployed in different scenarios
