My client is urgently recruiting for a Senior Service Product / Lifecycle Development Manager for global games player subscription service.
As part of their vast range of products on offer they provide a premium subscription service allowing additional content at reduced cost for their players as a reward for brand loyalty. This service is also key for multiplayer connectivity gameplay for this leading brand. Their subscription service consists of millions and this is a pivotal revenue driver for the brand.
Their service management division is responsible for the maximisation of the performance of this key additional platform within the EU region and they are looking for a Senior Service Product Manager to work across all stakeholders sub teams in the EU region to identify, create and deliver business and activity plans that maximise and exceed core service targets and KPI’s for this product.
This regional service management role will be required to provide reporting and forecasting for business plans on a regular basis for the overall leadership of this platform service for the EU region. This role will be instrumental in outlining proposals for activities to achieve, serve, plan and KPI report for commercial business planning for this platform service.
This role is looking for someone who has worked within subscription customer platform services for a major brand on a territorial basis, be this in games entertainment, film, TV
You must have a proven track record in this area alongside: P+L management, KPI setting, forecasting, tracking, pan territorial experience with strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate to global and regional stakeholders and co teams to introduce service improvement plans.
You should have proven skills in pan territorial commercial business planning, subscription loyalty service management, KPI and P+L responsibilities.
