My client aims to disrupt the world of mobile messaging, social networking and purchasing in terms of big capital events.

They have launched on iOS and Android and have ambitions to expand to major cities with their app and launch it nationally even with a global potential in the future.

The senior team are from well-respected corporate and multinational investment banking backgrounds they are  currently looking for a Head of Sales for one of their new and growing divisions.

They are looking for a Manchester based Head of Sales.

This person will be attuned to going out and the culture of the city and will have relationships with promoters, venues, retailers.

Ideally you will have a network in terms of students in the local and surrounding areas in order to penetrate these groups. You will be passionate about developing event based promotions in the community.

You will build strategy, for partnering with brands and merchants, whilst dealing with deal inventory.

Operationally you will maintain a high level of networking activity and lead generation for the app. Aside to this you will develop and implement in coordination with the commercial teams all events and strategy to promote and market the app in the local market place.  You will conduct marketing analysis and monitor and communicate competitor activity.  You will analyse and track to inform internal performance. 

You will ideally have experience in a CRM sales performance tracking software. You will demonstrate great presentation skills and the ability to sell across all levels.

You will be willing to travel extensively across the region. Ideally you will have experience across an internet and digital company specifically in mobile and apps.
