Fancy entertaining millions of people across the globe with some of the most amazing and immersive AAA racing experiences in the industry? You'd be working on a new title which is tied to one of the industry's most beloved franchises, with our legendary client in Gothenburg, Sweden.

Gothenburg is gorgeous, Sweden's second biggest city, in a really charming location on the west coast. When you get there you'll receive 10 games per year, a massage every month, a competitive salary, healthcare allowance and a pension scheme! Sounds good doesn't it?
The Challenge Ahead
As part of the expansion for this new project they are now looking for an outstanding Associate Producer or Producer. As a Producer you'll have a great interest in games, and a real eye for quality. You'll be accountable for the delivery of the game as well as being responsible for reviewing quality and making the right decisions for your players. You'll lead cross-functional teams to create innovative features and incredible player experiences. You'll drive development by inspiring teams to collaborate, communicate and focus on quality. You'll work with the team to help concept, deliver, remove roadblocks and improve the game at every stage of production.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in production with at least one full development cycle on a Console or PC / MMO project, from concept development to final delivery.

  • Passionate about games! You play games and you are knowledgeable about games.
  • Able to inspire and lead people to reach objectives and deliver high quality software.
  • A problem solver, and approach challenges creatively and methodically.
  • A team player, and you know how to motivate the team to succeed.
  • Experienced, with a proven track record in production working on AAA titles and have experienced at least one full development cycle from concept phase through to ship.
  • Previous experience in the development of racing titles is a plus.
  • Knowledge of core software tools (Microsoft suite, Hansoft, Perforce, console development software, bug tracking software).
  • You have practical knowledge of a variety of project management methodologies and have experience with an agile method of game development (e.g. scrum).
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Great attention to detail.
