In an expansion of our core tech team we are looking for 3 Platform Programmers to provide functionality across all of Sports Interactive’s products. We are looking for people to improve, maintain, optimise and add to our cross-platform libraries so along with the key requirements there are a number of desirable attributes candidates should posses.
Reporting into the Core Tech Lead, the successful candidate should have at least two years in a similar role and preferably have knowledge and experience of multiple programming languages, application and UI/widget frameworks (Qt, wxWidgets, GTK+, Cocoa, Windows Forms or similar), developing for handheld devices and optimization skills.
- Design and implement new functionality across different platforms
- Refactor and improve existing code
- Analyse, debug and fix software errors
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Minimum 2 years professional experience developing in C++
- Good C++ programming skills
- Good software engineering skills
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, self-motivated and able to work in a team and independently
- Interest and experience in developing on multiple platforms, including handheld
