We now have a fantastic opportunity for an Operational Program Co-ordinator to work for one of the world?s leading testing, inspection and certification Services Company. This role is based in Milton Keynes and will need the successful candidate to be based in the office five days a week. This role will report into the Dales & Business Development Director and be responsible for dealing directly with customers in a role that includes technical leadership responsibility in quality assurance/product testing/consumer product manufacturing environment.
?Engage with QA department within the client to ensure understanding and alignment of the BV people, tools and processes to the client?s needs and processes.
?Become the BVOS super user through promoting its usage and capability within Home Retail Group and supporting the reporting opportunities to the technical teams
?Develop regular minute meeting notes with key actions, owners and timelines
?Provide a daily UK point contact for client to liaise with BV organisation as required.
?Daily liaison for HRG QA and BV for operational issues, such as CCR?s, general reporting queries and vendor interaction where necessary.
?Leverage UK technical consultancy resource as required to meet client needs as appropriate
?Provide relevant industry, regulatory, and market feedback from resources within BV that would provide benefit to the client.
?Working with BV global Technical Services, monitor changes in region regulations or industry standards and effectively communicate the activity to the client.
?Engage with the BV network to ensure the effective and timely resolution of technical issues and problems related to the client.
?Aid collaboration between UK/Asia KAM team to align strategy, opportunities and actions covering UK Head Office and Asia client operations.
?Generate pre agreed Business Intelligence reporting on an agreed frequency using the OneSource and IBMS tools.
? Support the effective implementation of any new products within the client?s organisation globally and within their supply chain.
The successful candidate will have experience in a customer facing role and we are looking for someone who ideally has retail experience although this is not essential. We are looking for someone who can work well as part of a team and also communicate with all different levels within the business. This role is a maternity cover contract expected to last for 12 months.
