This is an excellent opportunity for a customer support professional who speaks Spanish at native level. Who will have the opportunity to coordinate and lead a team of online customer support agents, working for one of the most well recognised games studios world-wide. You will be required to produce regular stakeholder reports, regarding trends found throughout the Support Channels. Using these Support Channels, and your increased knowledge of games released by the studio, you will be able to answer customer queries effectively. You will also be required to document and summarize issues being highlighted by the Consumer base.
