We have a brilliant new opportunity for an experienced National Account Manager to join one of our biggest entertainment clients! This is a global leader in every aspect of the entertainment industry including videogames.
They?re ideally looking for someone already experienced in the world of videogames with a proven track record working in a similar role. You?ll be covering a mix of accounts from specialist retailers, distribution companies to digital retailers including the likes of GAME, Centresoft and Green Man Gaming. My client realise the importance of working across all types of accounts to help with future development ? something which they promote internally!
This person will work as part of the UK Sales team, offering the best customer service through maximising the value of content, building strong relationships and planning and delivering strong sales strategies.
? Work with Account Controller to develop trading strategies through creation & successful sell-in of joint business plans (JBP) to achieve annual fiscal targets and long term objectives as set by the business.
? Secure on-going customer engagement and pro-active delivery of products
? Forecast all volume, revenue & contribution at SKU & promotion level as required.
? Pre and post activity analysis with recommendations to drive growth, address shortfall.
? Lead effective cross functional ?Team Sell? business teams, coordinate alignment of priorities and effective delivery of joint business plans
? Demonstrate expertise and leadership across your customer base and channel.
? Games experience within a similar role.
? A clear & proven record of success with senior stakeholders and long term agreements from concept to delivery.
? Display a good understanding of sales drivers in a retail environment.
? Demonstrate sound business judgement & awareness & commercial acumen.
