Crytek is looking for an experienced, multilingual Customer Service Representative to join us in our Istanbul office, to be part of our recently created Customer Support team in our Frankfurt headquarters. As part of the Online Operations department, the successful individual must possess a passion for customer service as well as online video gaming. Previous experience in customer service is a must, and experience in a video gaming environment is a strong plus.

 

Responsibilities

  • Independently answer issues reported by customers while striving for first touch resolution
  • Provide players with solutions on all facets of GFACE and Crytek’s IPs regardless if they are in-game, technical or account related
  • Communicate to players through means of GFACE, e-mail, chat and telephone
  • Champion customer support policies and procedures
  • Assist in translation and creation of internal and external knowledge base articles
  • Act as an escalation point
  • Respect data protection regulation and confidentiality policies
  • Actively look for opportunities to increase Crytek’s quality of customer service
  • Show a friendly and professional attitude towards customers as well as employees at all times
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Requirements

  • Fluency in English & Turkish
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience providing customer service
  • Good communication skills for internal & external stakeholders
  • Ability and willingness to work in a rapidly changing environment
  • Comfortable addressing multiple issues simultaneously
  • Comfortable highlighting customer issues to management and other departments in a constructive manner
  • Proficiency using MS OS and Office software (Word, Outlook, Excel…)
  • Willing to work shifts and weekends
  • Display a positive attitude at all times
