Marketing and Data Analyst
OPM is working withan independently owned creative agency working with some of the biggest names in games, music and lifestyle. We have a very exciting vacancy for a full time Marketing and Data Analyst within their elite team.
This is a unique, one of a kind opportunity to work in a fast paced studio environment exclusively collaborating with one of the world’s largest gaming companies while playing a pivotal role in helping inform and influence their future growth.
The ideal candidate will have a good mix of strong data analysis skills along with an in-depth knowledge of digital marketing. Ideally from a digital marketing background you will understand data and be responsible for defining and implementing measurement strategies that align with their clients marketing and business objectives. You will be the lead for the production and consultation of data analysis in relation to all campaigns and digital activities on behalf of our client for all EMEA markets. You will be expected to produce regular performance assessments based on agreed KPI’s while being able to deliver key insights as well as anecdotal findings that can help inform and guide future campaigns and core site programming. Working closely both with studio, design and development teams as well as key client side stakeholders to ensure every aspect of a campaign from conception through to delivery and beyond is results and data driven to obtain maximum client ROI.
The ideal candidate will have a good mix of strong data analysis skills along with an in-depth knowledge of digital marketing. Travel will be required as part of this role with time split between our studio and on-site with a client. A keen interest in the video game industry is preferred but not essential.
Educated to degree level in marketing & communications, statistics or a related discipline.
Experience of working in an agency environment or a similar role with a proven track record of digital marketing experience and solid web analytics experience.
Expert user of Adobe Marketing Suite (Omniture), including experience of advanced Sitecatalyst functionality and admin tools (e.g. segmentation, Report Builder, SAINT, Data Warehouse, implementation, configuration).
Extensive experience of tagging and tracking campaigns across multiple channels.
Ability to interpret results from a large data set and present in a meaningful way.
Able to intelligently demonstrate improvements made based on identified insights.
Broad experience of digital marketing and web industry.
Conversion rate optimisation experience.
Familiarity with other major analytics tools.
Experience with Adobe Discover.
Experience with UX analytics tools.
Experience of integrating data from other sources.
Experience of search engine optimisation methods.
Experience of working in a fast paced, dynamic agency environment.
