Renowned triple-A games developer is looking for a Localisation Project Manager to join a large scaled project based in the UK.
Candidates must be available to start quickly and will ideally already be based in the UK.
The ideal person would have extensive experience in project management and be an excellent communicator with the ability to liaise with Directors/Leads and Development teams; within tight key delivery schedules.
The primary focus of the PM is ensuring satisfaction through successful management of projects? quality, schedule and budget.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
? You will be responsible for the management of localised content and be effective at tracking the localisation pipeline and identifying challenges. Raising issues and running down resolutions when needed.
? Manage day-to-day relationship with publisher on project matters; provide regular status reports and proactively offer solutions to ensure delivery.
? Be highly communicative with producers and the development teams throughout the localisation stages.
? Assisting and supporting the internal teams ensuring reference materials are requested and distributed.
? Experience working on vendor side of localisation
? Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills and awareness of cross-cultural issues
? Resourceful, creative, well-organized with an ability to prioritise and proactively offer solutions
? Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Experience with PM and version control tools a plus
? Leadership and supervisory skills
