This is a highly successful start-up in the heart of London. They have developed and released a hugely popular strategy combat game in the free to play social games space which commands over 2 million daily active users and growing! They are grossing huge profits and in the process of moving into the development of their next game titles.

They are looking for a Korean speaking customer support and Community Manager Executive to work in assistance to launch their leading title in the Korean market.  The  Korean market is hugely important in terms of their growth and all elements must be critically right, including perfect localisation and native Korean customer support and community set up.

You will be instrumental to the launch of the game in the Korean market via visits to the country and via the London base,  whilst listening to the  Korean community to further tailor the  successful game to the cultural market. This role will also involve instrumental work in Korean localisation and marketing channels and involved in the VIP program. 

·         You should ideally have 2+years’ experience in free to play games or a freemium consumer business.

·         Lived or worked in Korea.

·         Native level Korean and written fluency
