Description

The Producer will report to the Studio manager and the CTO, and will be responsible for ensuring the continued success of the company and its technical development. It is important to build and maintain a strong development team and a productive team environment. It’s also your responsibility to drive and foster effective communication among all team members and ensure that all stakeholders are kept informed. The Producer works actively together with all external partners, including middleware providers and platform holders that are needed for the technical development. In addition you will work with budgets, staff development and staff management.

Role summary:

Requirement capturing for all work
Planning and follow-up
Deployment follow-up with every new release from any of the groups
Responsible for setting up quality assurance processes
Communications between the groups and the projects

Requirements:
At least 2 years experience as a Producer or Project Manager within software development/production
A strong technical background with at least 4 years professional experience in C/C++ programming
Extensive knowledge in software development methods (agile knowledge a must)
Capable of running meetings or conference calls in a professional and productive manner
Capable of identifying risks and offering appropriate steps to resolve difficulties including changes to work methods, technologies and project schedules
Attention to detail, timely follow-up and strong leader and organizational skills. Strong capability to multitask and prioritize
Excellent listening and communication skills with the ability to communicate developer and project goals in a clear, concise manner
Experience in requirement capturing and quality assurance
Must have a positive attitude and enjoy interacting with people
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Games industry experience is not a requirement
