Jobs: Senior Producer

Avatar Games are working with a leading developer and currently looking for a self motivated Senior Producer to provide direction to established teams of talented artists and programmers on a number of projects.

Responsibilities:
Creating documentation such as delivery schedules, milestones and progress reports
A track record of delivering projects on time & on budget
A history of working with the senior staff & stakeholders to organise and manage resources and scheduling across multiple projects
Coordinating development with external stakeholders
Developing and maintaining client relationships and day to day client communication.
Ensuring the team adhere to agile development methodologies
Providing regular status reports and updates to senior management

You should have the following experience and be able to clearly demonstrate;
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and drive the team
Strong organisational skills enabling them to organise their time and priorities well
Ability to maintain performance under pressure
A good grasp of all facets of games development both technical and non-technical
At least two years experience working on high profile projects
Excellent knowledge of console based QA submission processes
Good Knowledge of the following is preferable:
Previous experience of working with SCRUM is a bonus
Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Hansoft
Perforce
