Jobs: User Experience Designer

We are looking for a user experience designer who is passionate about building new products that delight users. You will work closely with product management, marketing, and development to define the best user experience for our players.

•Strong knowledge of information architecture, interaction design, and usability principles and techniques
•3-5 years of experience in designing web applications, desk top software, and/or highly interactive websites.
•Ability to work in a collaborative, dynamic environment, agile experience is a plus
•Strong analytical skills
•Strong communication skills
•Detail oriented with the ability to see the big picture
•Strong understanding of what makes visual design effective
•Be a creative problem-solver and an effective communicator, presenter, and negotiator
•Be efficient and insightful in dealing with peers, partners, and cross-discipline and cross-team relationships
•Ability to analyze customer needs & define strategies for meeting them
•Illustrate experience in conceptual development and creative prototypes as well as tactical UI design and implementation
