As an external producer, you will be leading and managing multiple games created outside of our client’s studio. You will ensure that the right partners are selected for each of the projects and will be responsible for the planning and delivery of these games to its target audience. Working in coordination with the External Development team and publishing team, you will keep track of progress and solve any potential issue preventing the game to be delivered within the budget and costs allocated.

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

 

Actively contribute to the management and strategic development of multiple externally developed titles to ensure project milestones and deliverable's have been met.

Managing the day to day challenges as and when they crop up.

Work with across the development studio to ensure the games have everything required to allow a continued successful service and growth once live.

Work closely with external and internal teams to ensure the friction-less delivery of release schedules, marketing campaigns and communications.

Understand current trends in the Free to play market and how they could be improved and applied to new titles.

Responsible for the line management of the other members of the team across multiple disciplines.

Be the first point of contact with the developers supporting the games production.

Work closely with the product manager to devise and deliver bespoke marketing campaigns to drive engagement, increase player acquisition and retention.

 

Essential Requirements:

 

Significant experience working for a publisher in a production capacity.

Must have produced multiple game titles and been involved in live operations post launch.

This role is likely to require travel; candidates must be ready to travel to various worldwide destinations.

Must be able to demonstrate great team work skills.
