Overview of the job:

The primary responsibility of the Emerging Market Executive will be to support the Head of Emerging Markets in developing my client's revenues from their Games (physical and digital), eAmusement and Trading Cards business portfolio throughout the Middle East, Russia, India and Israel.

Key Accountabilities:

? Collaborate with the Central Corporate Management team to ensure new projects and product pipelines from Japan are identified and qualified within each Emerging Market region.
? Close working relationship with central European Brand team to influence direction of marketing and sales materials to ensure EM relevant assets that can effectively be used by local distributors.
? Develop a close working relationship with my client's different regions (Northern, Central and Southern Europe, Iberia, US & LatAm and Asia) in order to share best practise ideas.
? Daily management of Emerging Market distributor contacts; soliciting sales forecasts, sharing marketing material, securing internal approvals for creative and tracking local sales against target.
? Work alongside Supply Chain/Operations team to ensure timely delivery of physical and digital product to Emerging Market distribution partners.
? Maintain accurate records of marketing spend and details of sales against regional budgets and targets.

Essential Experience & Skills:

? Proven experience of executing business plans, brand sales and/or marketing plans at a local level within the entertainment industry
? Understanding of physical and/or digital games marketing and distribution
? Experience of working directly with Supply Chain/Operations teams
? Highly organised with a particular proficiency in Excel
? Tactful, diplomatic and culturally sensitive
? Hard working and who takes pride in their work and professional reputation
