One of our leading global clients are now looking to add to their existing team and are looking for a talented and experience Third Party Marketing Director. This is a key role within the organisation as it will be responsible for the management and delivery of world class Third Party Marketing partnerships.

The main objective of the position is to effectively manage the Third Party Marketing team in developing meaningful partnerships with publishers and developers, driving platform adoption, strong brand association and maximising commercial value for both SCEE and the Third Parties.


?Support VP TPR in identifying partnership opportunities that drive benefit, formulation of partnership contracts and their supervision.
?Responsible for optimizing the marketing plans of partnerships with 3rd party publishers and developers.
?Developing long-term meaningful relationships with 3rd parties across the lifecycle of their products.
?Providing a strong, coherent voice for the organisation within marketing meetings and negotiations with Publishers.
?Driving deep engagement within the organization to leverage partnerships.
?Based on platform goals and requirements, identifying opportunities to drive a PlayStation message and point of difference in all partnership activities.
?Seeking alignment with local offices and other offices 3rd party marketing teams.
?Be the prime point of contact for the Marketing Directors within the PAL territories and central marketing teams to ensure partnership deals and obligations are well understood and clearly communicated and acted upon as well as ensuring all assets are delivered on time to specification.
?Management of the Third Party Marketing annual budget to ensure that all activities undertaken are accounted for and are within agreed parameters.
?Management of the Third Party Marketing team.
?Enable and encourage new ways of thinking, creative decision making and innovation from our partnerships and investment.
?Provide on-going analysis of partnership deal performance and post-mortems for senior management.

The successful candidate will have experience of having worked in the video-games industry within a 3rd party publisher/developer in a senior marketing or similar role. You will be a commercially astute marketer with a keen eye on ROI and have a degree level education or above in marketing or similar.

We are looking for someone who has proven experience in delivering pan-European marketing plans successfully and have experience of working with international teams both in Europe and North America is preferred.

Strong Digital expertise is a must - what it is, how it is evolving and how to use it so we need someone for this role who is passionate about games and wider entertainment.
