My client is the central support organisation for over 100 countries in Europe, Africa, Middle East and Australasia.
The purpose of this role is to take responsibility for the operation and development of the processes involved in the distribution of DLC content to retailers, including the planning and provision of merchandising resources and the delivery of digital assets.
This is a 6 month contract role.
? Support our ESD Operations, which starts with the identification of DLC for sale in retail, through to redemption of DLC by a consumer in the Store
? Liaise with colleagues in First and Third Party Publisher teams, retailers, and also directly with publishers to support the management of the DLC portfolio
? Process orders from retailers and ensure timely delivery of DLC to align with game launches
? Liaise with our Finance department to support the pricing of DLC
? Review ESD management reports and contribute to the on-going improvement of these
? Able to plan own activities as well as those of others and to ensure plans are adhered to
? Ability to work under pressure on multiple activities to meet product launch deadlines
? Able to relate well to others and use interpersonal skills to achieve desired objectives
? Able to contribute ideas to ensure that we are continually improving the ESD process
? Able to manage communications between business stakeholders, for example retailers and internal service providers
? Able to effectively work with retail partners responding appropriately to retailer requests and applying forethought in anticipating retailer needs
? Able to manage own time and work flexibly to support the needs of retailers and ESD operations
