My client is the industry leader in app store analytics and market intelligence.

My client believe there has been a radical shift in the way content is being distributed. In times gone by, print, radio, television, retail and the web have dominated as content distribution channels. Now however, the distribution of digital content is moving from the open web to digital superstores.

They are now looking for a Customer Success Manager to join their team.

Overview of the job:

Securing long-term business relationships with existing key customers is one of the major functions of the Customer Success Manager. This position will put you at the forefront of the fast-growing mobile and big-data industries and give you the opportunity to work with the most dynamic companies in the world?from international multinationals to start-ups that are working on the next big thing.

Job responsibilities:

? Maximizing the value of my client's products to create actionable insight
? Taking ownership for the use of my client's products throughout clients? organizations
? On-going continuous commercial support via telephone, instant message, and email
? Assessing clients? custom requests in terms of feasibility
? Working with sales team to set up trial for prospects
? Managing client on-boarding process: have a strong knowledgeable of my client's data, methodology, and visualization tools and be able to explain these to internal and external stakeholders
? Communicating opportunities for client upgrades to sales team
? Gathering customer feedback and utilizing it to enhance my client's customer service experience
? Working with my client's key customers to collaboratively create testimonials
? Developing and disseminating best practices for my client's various verticals
? Collaborating with my client's product team to address and fulfil customers? current needs and pragmatically predict future needs

? Understanding the local mobile market and explaining trends to various stakeholders

Mandatory Experience & Skills:

? At least 3 years of working experience in related field
? Experienced working with and supporting international customers (big and start-up) over email, telephone and Skype
? Fluent in English
? Data analysis experience
? Attention to detail and ability to produce highly accurate analysis
? Business savvy; ability to translate business needs into data and product requirements
? Mobile and app store knowledge
