My client is an international company that publishes computer and video games for games consoles across the board.

Based out of their European headquarters, there Online & Social Media Division is in charge of all Online & Social Media Marketing and Communication activities. They?re now looking for a Coordinator ? Online Customer Support.

Responsibilities:

? Regular Stakeholder reporting.
? Report on trends found throughout the support channels.
? Answer customer queries.
? Increase knowledge of all brands and titles.
? Document and summerize issues being highlighted by consumer base.

Requirements:

? Must have at least 2 years experience in a Customer Support or equivalent role.
? Must speak fluent Spanish and English as well as be native level European (EFIGS) language.
? Knowledge of our clients brands and titles.
? Outstanding communication skills.
? Leadership experience
