My client is a leading figure in the entertainment market and are continuing to push the boundaries with innovation and new technology developments across computer hardware, software, mobile, tablet and home console systems.
They are now looking for a Business Insights Analyst to join their team.
Overview of the job:
To provide the Programming team with data analysis and insights reporting on all engagement KPIs across up to 28 markets.
? Analysis of traffic/engagement patterns, user journeys, and other key engagement KPIs
? Work with existing BI teams to deliver user-friendly weekly & monthly reports and scorecards which provide high-level exec summary of performance as well as detailed, granular reports at individual channel, programme and/or market level
? Support Producers by proactively reporting success/failures of programmed content
? Support Producers in data-driven content decisions by providing historical engagement data and projected engagement of similar titles/content/programmes.
? Help to evolve or adapt existing reporting templates, processes and benchmarks
? Proactively identify opportunities to optimise user engagement and conversion
Essential Experience & Skills:
? Proven ability to provide user/customer engagement insights, ideally in an online environment
? Passion for optimising user experience/engagement/conversion
? Good experience with engagement reporting tools and processes (web analytics, user experience optimisation or conversion rate optimisation or similar)
? Strong Excel skills (e.g. creating formulas, pivot tables, automation)
? Superb attention to detail
? Ability to present data in a clear format which will be interesting for all stakeholders
? Experience of working in a deadline-driven environment
? Experience & proficiency in Microsoft Office
? BA/BSc or equivalent
