Based in London, this role reports to the Vice President of EMEA and Russia. We are looking for a motivated, high energy, creative and flexible Business Development Manager. The right candidate will have a strong reputation of SaaS sales and direct client contacts within the Application industry and the media & entertainment industry in Central Europe (Germany, Switzerland, Austria…). You are a team player, professional, and reliable. You are also a self- starter who is proactive in driving revenue, increasing the client base, and selling for App Annie.
Proactively prospect, qualify, grow and maintain accounts
Translate product offering and capabilities into client benefits
Update and create sales proposals and sale reports as required
Work closely with the VP EMEA/Russia and Senior Business Development Manager
Expand relationships with new and existing accounts
Bachelor’s degree required
German National living in in the UK.
5+ years of solid experience in software sales or selling data analytics or tools directly to media & entertainment and/or Fortune 500 companies
Must be proficient in using Salesforce.com
Solid understanding of data analytics is highly desired
Strong presentation skills
Demonstrated success in achieving sales goals
A thorough understanding of the app ecosystem is highly desired
Must have excellent verbal & written communication skills
Must be a creative solutions thinker who can drive sales success
Must be detail oriented and flexible
An entrepreneurial spirit with a can-do positive attitude
Proficient in MS Office and Mac OS suite such as Mail, Word, Excel
Fluency in English and 3rd European Language desirable (French, Finish, Dutch..)
