My London-based client is a first party video games developer and market leader in the motion gaming space who continue to push boundaries with new technological development.

They are now looking for a Business Analyst to join their team.

Job responsibilities:

? Responsible for working with the Project Manager to define what should be the core requirements documentation (e.g. BRD, Func. Specs, NFRs, etc.)
? Creates all requirements documentation for Miami and owns them throughout the duration of the project
? Work with the sponsors, Dev Lead and the Project Manager to understand and document objectives and scope for each work stream (Destination, Distribution, Programming)
? Work with the PM to liaise with other studio projects that have an impact to ensure their specific requirements are captured and documented appropriately, to understand their current requirements processes and to document and prioritise potential future requirements to be built.
? Work with other studio projects and project sponsors to elicit requirements and produce comprehensive business requirements, user requirements and system requirement documents, report back to the PM with any new priority requirements and inform PM of potential scope creep
? Deliver the Business Requirements Document, Requirements Traceability Matrix, and, together with the Systems Analyst, the Functional Specifications (as needed)
? Acts as a BA on priority work streams (e.g. Destination)
? Work with the Business Manager and the PM to contribute to and validate the evolving Business Case
? Work with the Business Manager and PM to baseline and track benefits throughout the project
? Capture and document music right requirements, regulatory requirements and compliance requirements
? Manage all requirements through the project lifecycle

Experience and Skills required:

? Running requirements gathering/definition workshop
? Leading a group of specialists through workshops to achieve specific objectives
? Running Delivery Transition Workshop involving business stakeholders and delivery teams
? Constructing complex process models
? Resolving complex requirements conflicts through effective stakeholder engagement
? Planning for and managing business change
? Proven business analysis skills in a large commercial organisation
? Project management experience desirable but not essential
? Analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities
? Understanding of the stakeholder political pressures on clients and projects and general business dynamics
? Verbal and written communication, relationship management and influencing skills
? Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts
? Ability to persuade and explain clearly issues, solutions and ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language
? Business analysis methods and skills (High Level and Detailed Requirements, UML, Use Case Modelling, Activity Mapping, etc.)
