As a Manager of the Live Services for this AAA Brand, you will help guide long range product strategy and marketing execution. You will inspire outstanding content and apply strategic thinking that will shape the future of franchise.
You’ll join a team of fellow gamers that are breaking boundaries and blurring global borders by marrying brand and marketing strategies with a genuine understanding of what excites players. Your data-driven and player-driven style will help you define the optimal strategies and experiences, and your collaborative, global mindset will help build partnerships with game teams, publishing and Global marketing teams.
What a Brand Manager of Live Services does:
Partner with development on product strategy and feature decisions ensuring alignment to long-range brand plans, player needs and market trends.
Uses player insights to optimizes player journey’s, reduce churn and sustain engagement.
Develops merchandising and promotional strategies – serving the right message, at the right time to the right audience.
Helps create and execute content roadmaps, programs, and live events to achieve business goals.
Directs and mobilizes cross company marketing – to promote live services across all relevant channels.
Supports the Brand Director to build brand and service strategies that accelerate this AAA Brand through digital transition.
