Multi-Lingual Client Support Officer

My client, a fast expanding, global company is setting up a new Multi-lingual Client Support Department within their European headquarters in central London and as such, are looking for a Bi-lingual Client Support Officer (French, German, Italian or Spanish with English) to lead this effort.

For individuals with an interest in working for a real cutting edge company, responsibilities will include:
• Assist with the setup of the new Client Support Department
• Supervise the day to day running of the department
• Develop, implement and maintain client specific support materials and processes
• Produce support collateral in specific language(s)
• Support new product launches
• Provide a first point of contact for all European client queries
• Ad hoc administrative duties to support the team

Additional Skills and Experience:
• Languages - German, French, Italian or Spanish with English
• Educated to degree level or equivalent
• Experience in manning a mutli-lingual IT support desk
